Applicant: Mr Kit Knowles

Reason for notice: Major Planning Application Application No: 2024/00554/VARC Application Type: Variation of Conditions Location: The Sportsmans Arms, 181 Warrington Road, Penketh, Warrington, WA5 2EN Proposal: Variation of Condition 2 to planning application 2022/42736 to allow for additional balconies to flats 17, 31, 36, 37, 51 & 56(6 Balconies in total) and to substitute approved facing brick type. Applicant: Churchill Retirement Living Ltd.
