What is planned?

South Derbyshire District Council
The Council has under consideration the following applications:

Ref: DMPA/2024/0392 (Major Development) Demolition of existing building & the erection of 9 one bedroom flats & 5 two bedroom flats with secure associated parking for up to 9 cars & associated works at 26 High Street, Woodville

Ref: DMPA/2024/0451 (Affects a Conservation Area) The erection of a 2 storey side/rear extensions with associated alterations & extension to the existing driveway at Woodcote House, Main Road, Lullington

Ref: DMPA/2024/0527 (Affects a Conservation Area) The replacement of windows & doors, glazed link between both structures, roof lights to church structure & a dropped kerb at Former Methodist Church & Sunday School, Clifton Road, Netherseal

Ref: DMPA/2024/0546 (Affects a Conservation Area) Change of use of first floor from Commerical (Use Class E) to Residential (Use Class C3) at 70-74 High Street, Swadlincote

Refs: DMPA/2024/0675 & 0779 (Affects a Conservation Area & a Listed Building) The erection of a single storey side extension with glazed link at 26 Main Street, Milton

Ref: DMPA/2024/0716 (Affects a Listed Building) Replacement of sliding sash elements within existing box sash frame windows at 56 Main Street, Ticknall

Ref: DMPA/2024/0741 (Affects a Conservation Area) The installation of solar panels at Hall Farm Barn, The Dairy, Main Street, Netherseal

Ref: DMPA/2024/0744 (Affects the Setting of a Listed Building) The installation of a replacement entrance door at Church Hall, Church Street, Church Gresley

Ref: DMPA/2024/0760 (Affects the Setting of a Listed Building) The installation of solar panels at Alpha House, Alpha Construction, Uttoxeter Road, Hilton

Applications may be viewed at planning.southderbyshire.gov.uk or during working hours at the Civic Offices, Civic Way, Swadlincote, DE11 0AH.

Any comments must be made in writing, quoting the application reference number, within 21 days of the date of the publication of this notice (not including public holidays).

This notice is given in accordance with provisions of the Town and Country Planning Act 1990, the Planning (Listed Buildings and Conservation Areas) Act 1990 and/or associated subordinate legislation.

Under the Local Government (Access to Information) Act 1985, all representations received become documents, which the public has a right to read and copy.

We collect information from you when you contact us about a planning or associated application, enforcement complaint, planning enquiry, or local planning policy consultation.

This includes contact by email, letter or telephone. When commenting on planning or associated applications, we do need your postal address to enable fair consideration of your comments.

We will use your information to allow us to fully consider the relevant application, enforcement complaint or planning enquiry.

Comments and objections on applications and enforcement matters do not form part of the statutory register, and as such we will only retain these for up to two years following a decision being made unless an appeal is lodged.
