I Give Notice That the following applications are being made to the Council of the Borough of North Tyneside:
Ground Floor 1 Northumberland Place North Shields - Application No: 24/00643/FUL
Mr Michael Anthony Winter is applying for Listed Building Consent for Wooden pergola with heating and lighting (retrospective).
The property is a listed building.
It is considered that the development proposed may affect the character or appearance of a Conservation Area.
King Edward Bay East Street Tynemouth - Application No: 24/00639/FUL
Steam And Salt is applying for planning permission for Timber clad sauna cabin.
It is considered that the development proposed may affect the character or appearance of a Conservation Area.
29 Linskill Street North Shields - Application No: 24/00626/FULH
Mark Manley is applying for planning permission for Hip to gable conversion to the front of the property with window and off white render, install a dormer to the west side of the property within the new loft space and 2no. roofights to east side of property.
It is considered that the development proposed may affect the character or appearance of a Conservation Area.
As this is a householder application, in the event of an appeal against a refusal of planning permission, which is to be dealt with on the basis of representations in writing, any representations made about this application will be sent to the Secretary of State, and there will be no further opportunity to comment at appeal stage.
