Notice Is Hereby Given that the District Council has received applications for planning permission, Listed Building Consent a Departure, Major Development, Significant Development, or which may affect a Public Right of Way, as the case may be, for developments as briefly described in the following schedule.

MO/2024/0655: 2 Mansion Cottages, Goose Cottage, Church Street, Leatherhead, Surrey, KT22 8EH, Removal and replacement of existing windows with double glazed windows.

MO/2024/0781: The Old Cottage, Reigate Road, Buckland, Betchworth, Surrey, RH3 7BG, Demolition of rear extension and outbuildings; Erection of single/ part two storey side/rear extensions with internal alterations. Alterations to porch and upgrade to existing facade. Alterations to front driveway to provide new automatic sliding entrance gates.

MO/2024/0783: Nationwide Building Society, 1, North Street, Leatherhead, Surrey, KT22 7AX, Install new external ATM unit - allow to install Anti-Theft device/plinth (ATD) and locking bars, remove external glass panel section where new ATM is to be installed and replace with new glass panel.

MO/2024/0784: Nationwide Building Society, 1, North Street, Leatherhead, Surrey, KT22 7AX, Remove internal private meeting room opposite counter, extend second private meeting room into DDA private meeting room, install new ramp 1924mm at 1:12, install new external ATM unit centred to window, install Anti-Theft device/plinth (ATD) and locking bars, remove external glass panel section where new ATM is to be installed and replace with new glass panel, external ATM unit to have internally illuminated ATM tablet.

MO/2024/0794: 6, Flat, Guildford Road, Westcott, Dorking, Surrey, RH4 3NR, Change of use of the building from (Use Class E) to (Use Class C3) to a 1 No. bedroom ground floor studio flat. Remove the ground floor windows and replace with new to match existing front first floor windows, internal alterations removal of partition wall and installation of a mezzanine floor including a storage area for bikes.

MO/2024/0797: Slyfield Farm House, Cobham Road, Bookham, Cobham, Surrey, KT11 3QE, Demolish the existing Dairy building and rebuild on its footprint to provide new stabling and associated accommodation ancillary to the main Farmhouse. External landscaping around the rebuilt Dairy including provision of hard-standing area adjacent. 

MO/2024/0826: 1, Paper Mews, 330, High Street, Dorking, Surrey, Installation of 8 No. rooflights.
