The following applications have been made to the City Council and are required to be advertised under the above Acts.
24F/0785 - Builders Yard Bowden Road (19) Applicant AJ Owens Builders Ltd. To erect a storage unit/warehouse (use class B8) with associated hard standing and boundary treatment incorporating additional access from Bowden Road and to use part of the site as a private amenity space associated with no.6 Bowden Road.
24F/1414 & 24L/1451 - 14 Holly Road (7) Applicant Yakel Property Investment. To use premises as a 13 bedroomed House of Multiple Occupation (Sui Generis) and carry out associated internal and external alterations, including replacement windows, carry out render work on side elevation and erection of bin and cycle stores.
24F/1313 & 24L/1319 - 24 Upper Parliament Street (8) Applicant Mr Mark Morris, Sanctuary. To replace existing windows, render property and install 4 no. chimney pot caps.
24F/1420 & 24L/1452 - The Brewery Tap Apartments, Stanhope Street (8) Applicant Dave Carroll, Mikhail Contract Interiors. Retrospective application for 2 no. Apart-hotels (Use Class C1 Hotels).
24F/1413 & 24L/1429 - 44 Castle Street (2) Applicant I Shah, Zeus Taverna. To change use from retail ground floor to a restaurant (Use Class E(b) and carry out internal alterations and removal of shop front and installation of new signage.
24A/1462 - 44 Castle Street (2) Applicant I Shah, Zeus Taverna. To display 1 no. internally illuminated fascia sign.
24F/1454 & 24L/1455 - Basement, 66 Mount Pleasant (3) Applicant Mr G. White, GSHWI Limited. To carry out internal and external alterations in connection with the conversion of the basement from Tattoo Parlour (Sui Generis) to a 5 bedroomed House of Multiple Occupation (Use Class C4).

Any comments you want to make must be received by 4th July 2024 and can be made online or in writing to the Director of Planning & Building Control, Cunard Building, Water Street, Liverpool, L3 1AH.
In the event of an appeal against a refusal of planning permission, for a householder application only, which is to be dealt with on the basis of representations in writing, any representations made about this application will be sent to the Secretary of State, and there will be no further opportunity to comment at appeal stage.
