NOTICE UNDER ARTICLE 15 PLANNING

(LISTED BUILDING AND CONSERVATION AREAS) ACT 1990

I HEREBY GIVE NOTICE that North Norfolk District Council is dealing with the following applications:

BODHAM RV/24/1082 Variation of Condition 2 (approved plans) of planning permission PF/13/0960 (Installation of 3.6MW solar development) to allow installation of 2no. banks of inverters and associated replacement production substation; Solar Farm, New Road, Bodham, Norfolk for PFB Solar Ltd; Reasons: a).

FELBRIGG PF/24/0931 Erection of detached double garage with self-contained flat above for short-term rentals; Stone Cottage, Holt Road, Cromer, Norfolk NR27 9JJ for Ms Melanie Hamer; Reasons: b).

LITTLE BARNINGHAM RV/24/1108 Variation of condition 2 (approved plans) of planning permission PF/21/2543 (Detached replacement dwelling with accommodation in roof space and detached garage following demolition of existing dwelling) to increase eaves height by 500mm; Caesarea, 5 Meadow View, The Street, Little Barningham, Norwich, Norfolk, NR11 7LP for Mr Chris Page; Reasons: c).

The reasons for the advertisement are: (a) is a major development (b) is contrary to the provisions of the Development Plan (c) affects the character and appearance of a Conservation Area (d) affects the setting of a Conservation Area (e) affects a Listed Building (f) affects the setting of a Listed Building (g) affects a Right of Way (h) accompanied by an Environmental Statement (i) affects a public right of way (j) affect setting of Ancient Monument (k) In the Public Interest.

The applications and plans may be inspected during normal office hours at the offices of the Council, Holt Road, Cromer NR27 9EN. Any representations should be submitted in writing to the Council within 21 days of the date of this Notice f the application is for householder development and permission is refused there will be no further opportunity to comment at the appeal stage if it is dealt with on the basis of representations in writing.
