What is planned?

TOWN AND COUNTRY PLANNING (DEVELOPMENT MANAGEMENT PROCEDURE) (ENGLAND) ORDER 2015

Planning (Listed Building and Conservation Areas) Act 1990

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN of the receipt of the following applications

1) Alterations to the existing warehouse unit including the replacement of the existing doors with 10 dock levellers, as well as associated works including replacement gatehouse and essential maintenance at the site

at Prologis Warehouse Sandpit Road Dartford (Application Ref. No. DA/24/00624/FUL)

which falls within the category of a Major Development under the provisions of the General Development Order.

2) Erection of first floor rear extension, provision of first floor balcony, upvc window replacements on side elevation, replacement of roof tiles, new roof windows, upvc fascia board on rear elevation, internal re-configerations (permission sought for works already carried out following planning permission 20/01483/COU) at 22 High Street Dartford Kent

which will, in the opinion of the Local Planning Authority, affect the character or appearance of the Dartford Town Centre Conservation Area and in addition, affect the setting of a Listed Building (Application Ref. DA/24/00586/FUL)

3) Demolition of No’s 74 & 76 Spital Street and erection of new buildings to the rear and side of Highfield House to provide 23 residential apartments (c3 use), commercial office space (970 sqm E use class, formerly B1), a flexible retail unit (61 sqm E use Class, formerly sought A1/A2/A3), parking and alterations to front curtliage of Highfield House at Land At Highfield House 2 - 4 West Hill And 74-76 Spital St Dartford (Application Ref. DA/24/00378/FUL)

which will, in the opinion of the Local Planning Authority, affect the character and appearance of the Dartford Town Centre Conservation Area and in addition, affect the setting of a Listed Building.

4) Erection of a 3 storey building to provide a cafe (Use Class E) at ground floor and 12 x residential units at part ground and upper floors

at Former Wheatsheaf Public House 60 High Street Swanscombe

(Application Ref. No. DA/24/00596/FUL)

which falls within the category of a Major Development under the provisions of the General Development Order.
