The following applications have been received:-
WORKS WITHIN A CONSERVATION AREA - P0600/24/FUL - Installation of 2 garden pods for use as short term holiday lets - Sparepenny Cottage , Ledbury Road, Dymock. - P0580/24/FUL - Conversion of existing workshop to create a holiday let unit and installation of a shepherds hut - Brook Cottage, Blaisdon, Longhope. AFFECTING THE SETTING OF A LISTED BUILDING - P0618/24/FUL - Demolition of existing garage and erection of a new garage in the same position - 1 Furnace Valley, Blakeney. - P0568/24/LBC - Listed building consent for alterations to existing garage - insulate and timber clad, replace doors with windows to form domestic workshop, addition of shelter to front - Bavenhill Cottage (Garage), Bromsberrow Heath.
Applications submitted can be inspected electronically at the Council Offices, High Street, Coleford, Glos, GL16 8HG, during office hours or through the Council’s website at www.fdean.gov.uk using the P reference number quoted above. Any representation about any applications should be made in writing to me at the above address no later than the 3rd July 2024. Comments made will be available for public inspection on the website.
