Variation of condition 1 (Approved plans) of planning permission 23/00708/RES (Reserved matters approval of scale, layout, landscaping and appearance for the erection of commercial building, erection freestanding service pavilion for storage of associated waste and gas bottle storage and provision of landscaping (Plot B). The original application was EIA development. (Amended plans) to allow the adjustment to the north wing of the building to alter the angle of the east facade, amendments to the construction and facade of the eastern entrance area, amendments to the entrance screen, internal alterations, adjustments to landscaping, reduction in plant screen height, increase in total floor area of 734sqm, redistribution and reduction in height of flues and amendments to the material for the service pavilion.
