The following planning applications have been received which are for Listed Building Consent and would affect the setting of a Listed Building

1.   Planning Permission and Listed Building Consent for erection of single storey extensions and internal and external works to existing outbuildings connected to the host dwelling at Hill Top Lodge, 428, Spen Lane, Gomersal, Cleckheaton. 

Application Nos. 2024/91371 & 2024/91372.

The following planning application has been received which is either within a Conservation Area or affects its setting

2.    Formation of vehicular access at 18, South View Road, East Bierley.  Application No. 2024/90938.

NOTICE UNDER ARTICLE 15

The following planning application has been received which constitutes Major Development and affects a public right of way

3.    Variation of condition 2 (plans and specifications) and 35 (removal of permitted development rights) of previous permission 2021/92801 for erection of 291 dwellings with associated works and access from Hunsworth Lane and Kilroyd Drive – revisions to house types, unit size mix and layout at Land at, Merchant Fields Farm, off Hunsworth Lane, Cleckheaton (Footpath Nos. SPE/41/10, SPE/44/10, SPE/44/20, SPE/44/30 & SPE/46/10).  Application No. 2024/91260.

Copies of applications, including the submitted plans, along with their progress, can be viewed on the Planning Service website – www.kirklees.gov.uk/planning Anyone who wishes to make representations about an application, we strongly advise you do so via:

•    the Planning Service website

•    emailing DC.Admin@kirklees.gov.uk quoting the application reference number

•    in writing (Please note there will be delays in  processing these due to disruptions to the postal  service and limited staff resources) to Kirklees  Council, Planning and Development Service, PO Box  1720, Huddersfield, HD1 9EL.     within 21 days of the date of this publication*.
