NOTICE OF APPLICATION FOR PLANNING PERMISSION

ACCOMPANIED BY ENVIRONMENTAL STATEMENT

I give notice that Earthline Ltd, Hangers L6-7, Wroughton Airfield, Wroughton, Wiltshire, SN4 0QZ is applying to Oxfordshire County Council for planning permission: Extraction of mineral, importation of inert restoration material, revised restoration scheme, aggregate recycling facility and other ancillary development at the existing Wroxton Fields Quarry at Wroxton Fields Quarry, Stratford Road A422, Wroxton. Oxfordshire OX15 6EZ and that the application is accompanied by an Environmental Statement.

The County Council considers that this application does not accord with the policies in the development plan for the County. Members of the public may obtain copies of the Environmental Statement from GMKC Ltd, The Old Engine Shed, Whetton's Yard, Chapel Street, Bloxham OX15 4NB at a cost of £200.

The decision notice will be available online once the application has been decided. NOTE Consideration of the development may take place in public and representations may be published. The proposal may be considered by the Council's Planning & Regulation Committee (Only comments relating to planning issues will be taken into account when reaching a decision). The Town and Country Planning Act 1990 as amended requires the determination of planning applications to be a public process. The Council will make information submitted in relation to planning applications available for public inspection and so it is not possible to take into account in the determination of the application any comments which are submitted confidentially.
