24/00573/FUL - Retention of 5 no. shipping containers (3 years) (resubmission 20/00873/FUL) at Land At Walsall Road, Muckley Corner, Lichfield, Staffordshire. (Departure from the Development Plan)

 LICHFIELD DISTRICT COUNCIL Planning (Listed Building and Conservation Areas) Act 1990 

Applications for Listed Building Consent/ Planning permission within a Conservation Area have been submitted for: 

24/00552/FUH - Erection of additional storey at first floor and proposed front porch canopy at 37 Hillside, Lichfield, Staffordshire, WS14 9DH. (Affects the setting of a Listed Building) 

24/00586/LBC & 24/00585/FUL & 24/00587/ADV - Works to listed building to enable the replacement external signage (fascia sign and projecting sign), internal shop-fit refurbishment & installation of condenser unit to rear elevation flat roof at 43 Market Street, Lichfield, Staffordshire, WS13 6LA. 

24/00594/LBC - Works to Listed Building to enable the installation of passenger lift within existing stairwell at Selwyn House, Flat 5 , The Close, Lichfield, Staffordshire. 24/00599/FUL - Erection of new infill extension at first floor level to form new staff room / welfare provision at First Floor , 25 Bore Street, Lichfield, Staffordshire. (Affects the setting of a Listed Building) 

The above application(s) are available for inspection on the Lichfield District Council website https://www.lichfielddc.gov.uk/planning.
