I give notice that Severn Trent Water Limited is applying to Derbyshire County Council for planning permission for Installation of 4no. kiosks. The proposed development does not accord with the provisions of the development plan in force in the area in which the land to which the application relates is situated.
Members of the public may inspect copies of the application, plans and other documents submitted with it by prior arrangement at Derbyshire County Council, County Hall, Matlock, Derbyshire, DE4 3AG, tel. 01629 539800 (available online at www.derbyshire.gov.uk), or at the Planning Department, Amber Valley Borough Council, Town Hall, Ripley, Derbyshire, DE5 3BT (available online at www.ambervalley.gov.uk) during all reasonable hours until 8 July 2024.
Anyone who wishes to make representations to the County Council about this application should do so by 8 July 2024,
by writing to the Executive Director of Place, at the County Council postal address given above,
by email to: planningrepresentations@derbyshire.gov.uk,or
by using the facility for representations about current planning applications available on the Council’s website www.derbyshire.gov.uk.
Other Information:
The development may affect a right of way to which Part 3 of the Wildlife and Countryside Act 1981 applies. The provisions of the development plan which the Council currently consider the proposed development may not accord with relate to the Green Belt.
