What is planned?

Somerset Council - Planning North Team Town & Country Planning Act 1990 Town & Country Planning (Development Management Procedure) Order 2015 Planning (Listed Buildings & Conservation Areas) Act 1990

Notice is hereby given that the following applications have been received:

Application No. 27/24/00005: Tirelands Farm, Enmore Road, Enmore, Bridgwater, Somerset, TA5 2DR. Installation of solar panels to roof of existing bam. This application affects a listed building and the setting of a public right of way.

Application No. 39/24/00005: Manor Farm, Church Lane, Ottcrhampton, Bridgwater, TA5 2PT. The construction of an earth bank slurry store (100m x 45m) and associated landscaping. This proposal is a major development and may affect a public right of way.

Application No. 37/24/00049 & 37/24/00050: Woolmersdon House, Woolmersdon Road, North Petherton, Bridgwater, TA5 2BP. Erection of a single-storey extension to North-East elevation, removal of modern timber frame doors and interior remodelling to form WC. This application affects a listed building. (Householder application).

Application No. 08/24/00071: Land to The East Of, Sedgemoor Site Bridgwater College Academy, Parkway, Bridgwater, Somerset, TA6. Variation of Condition 14 of Planning Permission Application No. 08/19/00104 (Variation of Condition 2 of Planning Permission 08/17/00259 (Erection of 37no. dwellings and creation of amenity provision, car parking and associated highway works including a new link to Tynte Road) to amend the approved plans to allow for repositioning of plots and adjustments to rear garden arrangements due to Highways road and pedestrian access constraints.) to amend the approved Construction Phase Health and Safety Plan This proposal is a major development and may affect the setting of a public right of way.

For applications identified as householder, if an appeal against a refusal of planning permission is submitted, there will be no further opportunity to comment at the appeal stage. Comments welcome by 02/07/2024. Applications can be viewed online https://sdc.somerset.gov.uk/planning_online, or at Council Offices & libraries.
