I give notice that Deeley Freed & LaSalle Investment Management Acting On behalf of CCCIF is applying to the Bristol City Council for planning permission for following proposal:
Hybrid planning application for phased development comprising outline planning application with all matters reserved except for access (part).
Full permission is sought for demolition to ground floor level; highways layout to provide site access; change of use of basement for flexible leisure space & ancillary uses, purpose built student accommodation, car parking, cycle hub & servicing; change of use of Merchant Taylors Almshouses to provide flexible Class use; & outline permission is sought for redevelopment of site for a mixed use development, new streets & public realm within the site, servicing & circulation arrangements, landscaping & associated works.
The application is accompanied by an environmental statement.
