As this is a householder application, in the event of an appeal that proceeds by way of the expedited procedure, any representations made will be
passed to the Secretary of State and there will be no opportunity to make further representations. ST/0328/24/FUL for temporary change of use of sports ground to caravan and mobile home storage (3 Years) at South Shields and Westoe Club, 33 Dean Road, South Shields, NE33 4EA which affects the setting of the Westoe Conservation Area.
