PROPOSED MODIFICATIONS TO THE PROPOSED SCHEME
Following the general approach to publicity and consultation on planning applications established in the:
* Town and Country Planning (Development Management Procedure) (England) Order 2015; and
* Town and Country Planning (Environmental Impact Assessment) Regulations 2017
BELLWAY HOMES LTD (THAMES GATEWAY) gives notice as follows Proposed development at: Former Long Term Conditions Centre, Copse Avenue Romford Description of development:
'Demolition of existing structures and comprehensive redevelopment of the site to provide 96 new residential dwellings (Use Class C3) comprising self-contained flats and houses In buildings between 2.5 and 5-storeys In height along with associated car parking, cycle parking, access arrangements, public realm, landscaping, services, and other associated infrastructure' Proposed modification: to plans and information forming part of the application and having regard to the updated NPPF, subject to the London Borough of Havering Council's above mentioned refusal of planning permission including:
* Relocation of ground floor flat and Cycle Store which removes north facing single aspect unit;
* Relocation of Sub-station;
* Provision of a new link to connect the site to Juniper Way;
* Updated Landscape Plan and
* Provision of continuous footpath along the northern side of the access. The plans and documents referred to above may be viewed at: www.bellway-hw.co.uk
Comments on the plans and documents will be taken into account by the Planning Inspectorate in determination of any future planning appeal made under Section 78 of the Town and Country Planning Act (1990). Persons wishing to receive paper copies of the plans and documents may make a request to do so by email or post to one of the above addresses. Comments received by email and post will be forwarded to the Planning Inspectorate and copied to the London Borough of Havering Council as Local Planning Authority.
