Notice is hereby given that the Council has received the following applications which need to be advertised for the reasons set out below:

The development is in a Conservation Area
P0651.24, Harefield House, The Chase Upminster, Extensions to rear ,side and front and alterations to roof configeration
The development is in a Conservation Area

P0737.24, Cynthia, Orange Tree Hill Romford, Single storey front extension for integrated garage, front porch with ramp and loft conversion with rear dormer and roof light to front
