DC/24/1878/FUL - Two storey side extension at 246 Ashe Row, Campsea Ashe, Woodbridge.

Reason for advertising: Public Right of Way Affected.

DC/24/1955/VOC - Variation of Condition No. 3 of DC/17/0066/FUL - Conversion, Reconstruction and change of use of existing two-storey storage building to form two-storey holiday cottage - Change condition to "The accommodation may be used for permanent/long term residential accommodation by a single person" at 115F High Street, Aldeburgh.

Reason for advertising: Archaeological Site, Conservation Area.

DC/24/1949/FUL - Car park improvements and new cycle shelter within the existing car park at National Trust Dunwich Heath at Coastguard Cottages, Minsmere Road, Dunwich.

Reason for advertising: Public Right of Way Affected.

DC/24/1903/FUL - New oak fence n/e 2000mm high inside the southeast boundary of The Guildhall at The Guildhall, Church Lane, Wenhaston With Mells Hamlet.

Reason for advertising: Affects Setting of Listed Building.

DC/24/1882/FUL - To build a part two-storey and part single-storey extension to the rear, increase the size of the front porch, build a detached garden store, increase the hard standing for parking and replace all windows at Lucarnes, Mill Street, Westleton.

Reason for advertising: Conservation Area.

DC/24/1838/LBC - Listed Building Consent - Remove existing damaged cement render and metal mesh to east elevation. Insulate with 75mm sheep's wool in keeping with age of property. Install softwood counter batons to be fixed to exposed timber studs to carry boards. Fix 25mm savolit boards to elevation and apply two coats of Thermaline and Finelime render to approximately 20mm thickness from forward face of board. Window and door reveals will not be affected, they will remain as is. at 2 Frogmore Cottages, Hall Road, Burgh.

DC/24/1685/LBC - Listed Building Consent - Internal alterations to include reconfiguring of internal room layouts, new conservatory and porch, at Mansfield House , 6 North Entrance, Saxmundham.

Reason for advertising: Conservation Area, Listed Building.
