The Council has under consideration the following applications:

Ref: DMPA/2024/0453 (affects a conservation area and a listed building) Listed Building Consent for Repair of boundary wall at the front of the property at Listed Building Consent for Repair of boundary wall at the front of the property at 173 Main Street, Ticknall
Ref: DMPA/2024/0618 (affects a listed building) Listed building consent for repair works at Calke Abbey, Ticknall
Ref: DMPA/2024/0634 (affects a listed building) Listed building consent for internal alterations to change a bedroom into a bathroom, create a new WC, and extend a Soil Vent Pipe externally to serve the proposed bathroom and WC at Walton Hall, Main Street, Walton-on-Trent
Ref: DMPA/2024/0646 (affects a conservation area) The erection of extensions with general remodelling and associated works (resubmission of DMPA/2023/0586) at 1 Walnut Close, Milton
Ref: DMPA/2024/0656 (affects a listed building) Repair works to the joinery workshop and smithy forge at Calke Abbey, Ticknall
Ref: DMPA/2024/0671 & DMPA/2024/0688 (affects a listed building) Removal of the above ground section of an existing concrete air raid shelter, backfilling and covering of the below ground section, blocking up of the existing access to the shelter within Marston Hall and associated landscaping works in the area of the air raid shelter at Marston Hall, Marston Lane, Marstonon- Dove
Ref: DMPA/2024/0690 (major) Application for temporary planning consent for a period of 4no. years for the erection of a new school building, sports hall, parking, access and external landscaping areas at William Allitt School, Sunnyside, Newhall

Any comments must be made in writing, quoting the application reference number, within 21 days of the date of the publication of this notice (not including public holidays)
This notice is given in accordance with provisions of the Town and Country Planning Act 1990, the Planning (Listed Buildings and Conservation Areas) Act 1990 and/or associated subordinate legislation.
