Winterborne Stickland P/LBC/2024/02880 - Joys Cottage North Street - Replace modern tiles in one fireplace with plaster and Dorset limestone. In the other fireplace, replace the cosmetic fire grate and false back with a functional open fire, (modern tiles partially removed).
Create permanent access hatches into roof voids, install lateral strengthening timbers.
(Small apertures already created for structural inspection) Remove concrete screed that has been laid over quarry tiles.
Repair cracked wall in north west corner of the building. 
Requirement for underpinning TBC.
Prop internal wall, remove rotten timbers and reconstruct wall footings, re-plaster with traditional lime plaster.
Remove plasterboard and loose plaster from front room, repair walls and re-plaster with traditional lime plaster.
(Plasterboard and loose plaster already removed)

Cerne Abbas P/FUL/2024/02340 - Land And Buildings Known As Higher Barns Acreman Close Cerne Abbas To Ford 350 Yards East Of Marrs Cross Sydling St Nicholas Cerne Abbas Dorset DT2 7JT - Carry out associated operational development in relation to P/PAAF/2021/04303 to install a roller shutter door, a pedestrian door, replace the wall material on the East Elevation to ensure the building is fully enclosed and lockable and install roof mounted solar panels.
