To hold a public local inquiry to hear representations from persons interested in the land comprised in the below application and to hear representations from any other persons who may desire to appear and be heard. The inquiry is anticipated to sit for four days and the appointed Inspector will then prepare a report for the consideration of the Welsh Ministers.

The Common land application has been submitted by the Trustees of the Somerset Trust under section 16 of the Commons Act 2006. If permission is granted by the Welsh Ministers, it will authorise the deregistration and exchange of common land.
The release and replacement land are described in the schedules below:
FIRST SCHEDULE (The release land)
Two parcels of land extending to 27,758 square metres forming part of Fairwood and Clyne Commons (Register Unit CL15). The main parcel having frontage to Chestnut Avenue and being to the west of Mulberry Avenue with a smaller parcel of land to the east of Mulberry Avenue in West Cross SA3 5NH.
SECOND SCHEDULE (The replacement land)
Two adjoining fields comprising 34,547 square metres of land more particularly described as land at Ryeground Farm, Bishopston.
