The following applications have been made to the City Council and are required to be advertised under the above Acts.
24F/1425 - 15, Newhall Longmoor Lane (10) Applicant Healthcare Building Solutions. Section 73 Planning Application to vary condition 2 attached to Planning ref 21L/0455 (To carry out internal and external works to existing building in connection with formation of 9 flats (including 2 no. flats within new blocks) and demolish existing outbuilding) so as to make minor amendments to the proposed elevations.
24PT/1423 - Pavement adjacent to Hunt Cross Avenue, Out Lane (25) Applicant Cornerstone Telecommunications Infrastructure Limited. To install 17.5m high 5G telecommunications mast with associated cabin equipment.
22F/0251 - 6 Arundel Avenue (17) Applicant Kevin Tolcher. To change use of the nursery into 3 x 2 no. bed apartments and 1 x 1 no. bed apartment.
24F/1418 - 149 Duke Street, City Centre (1) Applicant Mr Mohammed Ba-Azab, Premier 149A Ltd. To retain alterations to shopfront, roller shutter to front and rear, 2 no. externally illuminated fascia signs, 3 no. non illuminated signage panels and 3 no. window vinyls.
24A/1416 - 149 Duke Street, City Centre (1) Applicant Mr Mohammed Ba-Azab, Premier 149A Ltd. To display 2 no. externally illuminated fascia signs, 3 no. non illuminated signage panels and 3 no. window vinyls.
24F/0872 & 24L/0920 - Adelphi Hotel, Ranelagh Street (3) Applicant EE UK Ltd & Hutchinson UK Ltd. To install telecommunications rooftop installation upgrade and associated ancillary works.
24H/1287 9 Greenbank Drive (17) Applicant Khaled Ba Hashwan. To install fence boundary from the front of the premises.
24H/1001 21 Eaton Road (19) Applicant K McAvoy. To replace existing chimney.

Any comments you want to make must be received by 27th June 2024 and can be made online or in writing to the Director of Planning & Building Control, Cunard Building, Water Street, Liverpool, L3 1AH. In the event of an appeal against a refusal of planning permission, for a householder application only, which is to be dealt with on the basis of representations in writing, any representations made about this application will be sent to the Secretary of State, and there will be no further opportunity to comment at appeal stage. Please note that any comments sent can be seen by members of the public, including the applicant.
