is applying to the ISLE OF ANGLESEY COUNTY COUNCIL for planning permission to:
1) Application under Section 73 for the variation of condition (03) of planning permission reference 27C54D (Full planning for 19 static caravans, earth works, tree and hedge planting and change of use of outbuildings to dwellings for let as part of caravan park) so as to amend the design and layout of the outbuilding at
2) Full application for the relocation of existing bee keeping and honey production enterprise, together with the erection of a dwelling, stables, garage, workshops, alterations to the existing vehicular access together with associated development at
3) Full application for the siting of two co-joined shepherd’s huts for use as a holiday let at
4) Full application for the partial demolition of the existing dwelling and erection of a new dwelling together with retention of part of the existing dwelling for use as domestic store and associated works at
5) Full application for an earth banked nutrient storage lagoon at
* The proposed development would affect a right of way to which Part 3 of the Wildlife and Countryside Act 1981 applies.
** The proposed development does not accord with the provisions of the development plan in force in the area in which the land to which the application relates is situated.
