What is planned?

The Local Planning Authority has received the following applications for a Major Development, a Development Affecting a Listed Building, a Building in a Conservation Area, Historic Park & Garden or a Departure. These applications may be viewed online at www.guildford.gov.uk or at Millmead House during normal office hours. Representations should be made in writing within 21 days of the publication date of this notice to Director of Planning and Regeneration, Planning Services, Guildford.

24/P/00344 Crannies, Ockham Road South, East Horsley, Leatherhead, Replacement of windows, side door, fascia soffits and gutters on dwelling and erection of garden shed (following demolition of existing shed).

24/P/00506 Maple Cottage, Lower Eashing, Godalming, Erection of outbuilding following demolition of existing summer house and garden shed.

24/P/00758 & 24/P/00759 2 Hatchlands Lodge, Ripley Lane, West Horsley, Leatherhead, Planning and Listed Building Consent for the internal alterations to ground floor layout. Removal of internal load bearing walls and installation of supporting beams.

Reconfiguration of the kitchen layout. Insulating and making habitable additional ground floor living space, including insulating external walls and replacing a shallow pitched roof together with formation of double opening patio doors to the north facing elevation of the existing intermediate space of the property.

24/P/00779 Weyside Urban Village (Slyfield regeneration Programme), Slyfield Green, Guildford, Reserved Matters Approval pursuant to outline consent 20/P/02155 (siting, design and external appearance, access and landscaping) for the erection of 187 dwellings and associated infrastructure, parking and landscaping.

24/P/00784 Debnershe, 15 The Street, Shalford, Guildford, Listed Building Consent for the removal of all kitchen/utility units and stripping back of all internal finishes and plaster to allow implementation of a specialist damp proofing system to affected ground floor cavity walls and reinstallation of kitchen/utility units.

24/P/00800 Warwick Rise, 10 South Hill, Guildford, Two storey side extension and single-storey rear extension following part demolition of existing side extension

24/P/00808 St Peters Roman Catholic Comprehensive School, Horseshoe Lane East, Guildford, Two storey extension to provide a drama studio, hospitality space, PE classroom and changing facilities, construction of an all weather sports pitch together with the installation of 8 x 15m floodlights and 3m-5m high perimeter fencing, relocation of existing netball court and extension to car parking area.
