What is planned?

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Borough Council has received applications for Planning Permission (including under the General Regulations 1992), Listed Building Consent, potential Departure, Major Development or which may affect a Conservation Area, Public Right of Way or for works to trees in a Conservation Area or covered by a Tree Preservation Order.

18 Laurel Crescent, Woodham, Woking. PLAN/2024/0373/JS: Erection of a single storey side extension and alterations to fenestration. 78 York Road, Woking. PLAN/2024/0381/HD: Erection of a single storey and part first floor rear extension following the demolition of the existing conservatory. Herons Cottage, Hook Hill Lane, Mayford, Woking. PLAN/2024/0385/BBA: Erection of a single storey side and rear extension following demolition of existing outbuilding. Oakview, Pyrford Road, Woking. PLAN/2024/0183/BRB: Erection of a single storey side and rear extension, conversion of existing garage into habitable accommodation. 40 The Grove, Horsell, Woking. PLAN/2024/0372/BRB: Erection of a part two-storey, part single storey rear extension following demolition of existing single storey extension. Sheerwater Estate, Albert Drive, Sheerwater, Woking. PLAN/2024/0305/ JH: Provision of 19no. residential units (apartments) (Class C3) within blocks Y1 and Y4 in Phase Yellow (of the Sheerwater Regeneration) to replace the previously approved Community Centre, Health Centre and Nursery spaces and associated alterations and alterations to highways (to provide through road to Blackmore Crescent) and associated landscape proposals (part retrospective).
