TOWN AND COUNTRY PLANNING (DEVELOPMENT MANAGEMENT PROCEDURE) (WALES) ORDER 2012

Notice is hereby given that applications have been received by Neath Port Talbot County Borough Council for planning permission for the following developments: 

DEVELOPMENTS WHICH ARE A MAJOR DEVELOPMENT
P2024/0301 Demolition of Caewern House and construction of 36 no. affordable residential flats in five 3-storey blocks together with access, parking, footpaths, drainage, open space, landscaping and associated works including electric vehicle charging points, bin/cycle storage, pv solar arrays and air source heat pumps
Location: Caewern Lodge Dwr Y Felin Road Caewern SA10 7RH
Applicant: Mr Andrew Beale

Please note that planning staff are working on a hybrid basis (a mix of office and home working). The Quays is open but on an appointment basis only.
