24/01075/FP Land To The Rear Of Banyers Hotel King James Way Royston Hertfordshire SG8 7BZ Residential development to provide 15 flats with associated vehicular parking and access via existing dropped kerb access from King James Way and ancillary plant, bike and refuse enclosure.
PROPOSAL CONSTITUTING MAJOR DEVELOPMENT
24/01013/OP Land Surrounding Burloes Cottages Newmarket Road Royston Hertfordshire
Hybrid application for residential development of up to 325 dwellings comprising (a) full planning application for Phase 1 comprising 102 dwellings and associated infrastructure including access from Newmarket Road, emergency and pedestrian/cycle access from Burloes Hall Drive, internal highways, public open space, landscaping and drainage and b) outline application for up to 223 dwellings and associated infrastructure with all matters reserved apart from primary means of access and emergency and pedestrian/cycle access from Burloes Hall Drive. Any person who wishes to make representations about the PROPOSAL should submit them in writing to this office by no later than 23 days from the date of this notice. For householder applications, in the event of an appeal against refusal of planning permission, which is to be dealt with on the basis of representations in writing, any representations made about this application will be sent to the Secretary of State, and there will be no further opportunity to comment at appeal stage.
