NOTICE UNDER ARTICLE 13 OF APPLICATION FOR PLANNING PERMISSION

Proposed Development at: Old Barnsbury, The Barnsbury Estate (bound by Charlotte Terrace, Copenhagen Street, Barnsbury Road and Maygood Street), London, N1 We give notice that: Newlon Housing Trust Is applying to: London Borough of Islington For Description of Development "An application submitted under Section 73 of the Town and Country Planning Act 1990 for the approval of material amendments to planning permission ref. P2022/2454/FUL granted on 25 January 2023 comprising the variation of Conditions 2 (Approved plans), 3 (Details and samples of all facing materials), 6 (Construction Environmental Management Plan), 7 (Landscaping Scheme), 8 (Landscaping Maintenance Plan), 10 (Swift and bat nesting boxes/bricks), 11 (Tree protection plan), 12 (Tree planting), 13 (Biodiversity (green/brown) roofs), 14 (Lighting), 16 (Bicycle storage), 17 (Site wide waste strategy), 18 (Car park rationalisation strategy) and 19 (Walking and cycling priority measures); removal of conditions 5 (Communal entrances) and 9 (Sustainable Urban Drainage System; and, addition of new condition related to a Phasing Plan." Any owner* of the land or tenant** who wishes to make representations about this application, should write to the London Borough of Islington at 222 Upper Street, London, N1 1XR, within 21 days of the date of this notice.
