P2022/2454/FUL granted on 25 January 2023 comprising the variation of Conditions 2 (Approved plans), 3 (Details and samples of all facing materials), 6 (Construction Environmental Management Plan), 7 (Landscaping Scheme), 8 (Landscaping Maintenance Plan), 10 (Swift and bat nesting boxes/bricks), 11 (Tree protection plan), 12 (Tree planting), 13 (Biodiversity (green/brown) roofs), 14 (Lighting), 16 (Bicycle storage), 17 (Site wide waste strategy), 18 (Car park rationalisation strategy) and 19 (Walking and cycling priority measures); removal of conditions 5 (Communal entrances) and 9 (Sustainable Urban Drainage System; and, addition of new condition related to a Phasing Plan."
