Outline application with all matters reserved except access for the erection of up to 340 residential dwellings (including affordable housing), commercial unit (retail/community facility use under classes E/F), public open space, landscaping and sustainable drainage system (SuDS) and vehicular access points. 5. Winchelsea Conservation Area. Extension to rear of main building to provide cycle store room with guest bedroom and balcony over. Erection of a BBQ hut. Change of use of area of land (0.08h) to C1. Amendments to planning application RR/2022/2803/P (erection of staff accommodation building) including the repositioning of building away from rear boundary by 1.5m and additional dormer and balcony. 6. Affects the setting of a listed building. Proposed conversion of detached garage building to granny annexe. 2 Court Lodge Cottages, Church Lane, Udimore RR/2024/863/P

Notice is hereby given that application has been made to Rother District Council for Planning Permission in respect of 1, 2, 4, 5 & 6 above and Listed Building Consent in respect of 3 above.
