Installation of new bridge across the River Leam from Radford Road carpark

rain water pipe to new position to avoid current drainage overloading Replace
the casement with a reclaimed period-correct sash window (size 1220x1000)
to match other sash windows on the property. Restore a 13-segment fan lintel
over replaced sash reveal to match other window reveals Reinstall four/five
teracotta sill stones under the sash window Use reclaimed bricks of the correct
size, colour and Flemish Bond to rebuild the reveal and supporting structure
as necessary (considering a concealed lightweight joist behind the brick lintel)
Install a period-correct cast iron rain hopper and downpipe in the new position
Use a colour matched lime-based mortar throughout for brickwork Rake out
all damaged or cement-based mortar and re-point with lime-based mortar on
this facade Make good any missing or damaged bricks Make good any internal
plasterwork, paint and finish to match. for Mr A Davey.
