Notice is hereby given that the following applications have been received:

Application No. 51/23/00010: Land At, Wembdon Hill Wembdon, Bridgwater, TA6. Change of use of land to additional residential garden area for 20 Wembdon Hill. This application is of public interest.

Application No. 08/23/00368: 8-9, Cornhill, Bridgwater, TA6 3BU. Alteration to Listed Building to enhance fire & sound separation between flats & improve fire safety & access. This site lies within a Conservation Area & the application affects a listed building.

Application No. 27/24/00006: Tirelands Farm, Enmore Road, Enmore, Bridgwater, TA5 2DR. Erection of a garden room & decking. This application affects a listed building & the setting of a public right of way. (Householder application).

Application No. 11/24/00034: 6 Stoppard Road, Burnham on Sea, TA8 1QB. Erection of a single storey rear (South) extension & installation of a dormer window to the rear first floor. This development may affect the setting of a public right of way. (Householder application).

Application No. 08/24/00083: 41 Quantock Road, Bridgwater, TA6 7EH. Demolition of existing garage & erection of a single storey side extension. This development may affect the setting of a public right of way. (Householder application).

For applications identified as householder, if an appeal against a refusal of planning permission is submitted, there will be no further opportunity to comment at the appeal stage. Comments welcome by 25/06/2024.
