What is planned?

PLANNING APPLICATIONS

The following applications have been submitted for planning permission and Notice is hereby given under:- a. Section 73 of the Planning (Listed Buildings and Conservation Areas) Act 1990:- 24/00392/FUL Demolition of existing cafe building the building is now structurally unsafe and cannot be used as a cafe any longer. The Pavilion Tea Room, Wilton Park, Wilton Road, Melton Mowbray. b. Section 67 of the Planning (Listed Buildings and Conservation Areas) Act 1990:- 24/00360/VAC Variation of condition 2 (plans) and condition 5 (lazing) of planning permission 20/00786/FUL to amend layout and submit details on glazing. Cross Roads Farm, Scalford Road, Eastwell, Leicestershire. 24/00464/VAC Variation of condition 2 (plans) and condition 5 (glazing) of planning permission 20/00837/LBC to amend layout and submit details on glazing. Cross Roads Farm, Waltham Road, Eastwell, Melton Mowbray. c. Article 15 of The Town and Country Planning (Development Management Procedure) (England) Order 2015:- 24/00532/VAC Variation of conditions 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, 8, 9, 10, 11, 12, 13, 14, 15, 16, 20, 21 & 24 of planning application 22/00592/FUL to vary building sizes due to the reuse of steel frames for existing dismantled buildings (circular economy practices) and minor changes to landscape and drainage scheme following technical design development. Land at Langar Industrial Estate, Langar Lane, Harby.
24/00396/FUL Proposed 3 bedroom dwelling. Land Parcel Rotherby Lane, Frisby on the Wreake. A copy of each application will be available for inspection from 9.00 a.m. to 4.00 p.m. Monday to Friday at Parkside, Burton Street, Melton Mowbray LE13 1GH. They will also be available on the website www.melton.gov.uk/viewplans , from where comments can be submitted. Any person who wishes to make representations to the Council, should do so in writing to within 21 days from the publication of this notice. Any representations submitted will become available for public inspection. For householder applications, in the event of an appeal dealt with by representations in writing, any representations made about this application will be sent to the Secretary of State, and there will be no further opportunity to comment at appeal stage.
