The following applications have been submitted for consideration by the Council:
24/0566/FH - FOLKESTONE ROWING CLUB, PARADE ROAD, SANDGATE, FOLKESTONE, CT20 3AN - Installation of solar PV panels
24/0718/FH - SALTWOOD HOUSE COTTAGE, RECTORY LANE, SALTWOOD, HYTHE, CT21 4QA - Proposed single storey rear extension.
24/0756/FH - 10 & 12 RADNOR STREET, FOLKESTONE, CT19 6AQ - Erection of replacement balcony
24/0760/FH - LAND REAR OF 192 SEABROOK ROAD, HYTHE, CT21 5RA - Proposed single storey two bedroom dwelling with associated parking and soft and hard landscaping
24/0788/FH - GROVE HOUSE FARM, STRAIGHT HILL, WINGMORE, CANTERBURY, CT4 6LT - Erection of 1.No replacement agricultural building.
24/0823/FH - JASMINE SUITE, THE GRAND, THE LEAS, FOLKESTONE, CT20 2LR - Listed Building Consent for the removal of one internal non load bearing wall to create a new bathroom, re-siting of boiler and the installation of external boiler flue on a non street facing elevation.

Please always quote the application reference number. Comments should be made in writing within 21 days from the date of publication. Please note that any representations received will be publically viewable on the Council’s website.
The applications marked (*) do not accord with the provisions of the development plan in force in the area in which the land to which the application relates is situated.
