What is planned?

Notice under regulation 7(2)(b) Pre-application consultation by the prospective applicant
Proposed development at land adjacent to Greendykes Road/North Greendykes Road, Broxburn.
For proposed residential-led development with potential for minor retail and/or ancillary commercial/community facilities, open space, landscaping, active travel routes, access, parking and associated services, infrastructure and works.
M2 Group is holding a first drop in pre-application public consultation event on Wednesday 19 June 2024 (3pm7:30pm) at Broxburn United Sports Club, Albyn Park, Greendykes Road, Broxburn, EH52 5BP. This event will provide information on the proposed development and the opportunity to provide feedback.

Persons wishing to make comments on the proposal should do so at the event, via the project website or email address outlined above or by post to Miller Developments, 201 West George Street, Glasgow, G2 2LW no later than Wednesday 3 July 2024.
A second consultation event will be held on 28 August 2024. Details will be published in advance of the event.
This notice does not relate to a planning application.
Any comments on these proposals are to the prospective applicant and not formal representations to West Lothian Council. If a subsequent planning application is submitted there will be an opportunity to make formal representations on the application to West Lothian Council as planning authority during the statutory notification period.
