Under the above Act and Sections 67 and/or 73 and 74 of the Planning (Listed Buildings and Conservation Areas) Act 1990

Applications affecting the setting of a Listed Building

The Annunciation & St Augustine Catholic Church Beckenham Hill Road SE6 HB Grade II Planning & Listed Building Consent for the demolition of internal and external walls of the existing parish room, construction of a roof over an existing courtyard to provide a community church hall, together with the provision of a disabled ramp to the entrance door, 3 circular dome rooflights, cycle parking provision, landscaping and associated works (DC/23/134022 & DC/23/134023) (Please note amended description to include cycle parking).
