Application for an Environmental Permit to operate an installation at
SCS Waste,
Hangar 3, Rudford Industrial Estate, Ford Road, Ford, West Sussex, BN18 0BD.
This is to inform you that we have received the above application for a permit to operate a Schedule 13 Small Waste Incineration Plant for the co-incineration of refuse derived fuel and invite comments on the application.
The application has been placed on the public register held by Arun District Council, Civic Centre, Maltravers Road, Littlehampton, West Sussex, BN17 5LF. The application can be viewed online at https://www.arun.gov.uk/swip-consultation
The application can also be inspected free of charge by appointment, during normal office hours at Civic Centre, Maltravers Road, Littlehampton, West Sussex, BN17 5LF.
Any written comments on the application should be made to Arun District Council at swip.consultation@arun.gov.uk or to the address above by 14 June 2024. Any written comments will be placed on the public register unless they include a statement requesting that this is not done. If there is such a request the register itself will just include a note that representations have been made which are not on the register because of such a request.
