What is planned?

PROPOSED DEVELOPMENT
a) Listed Building Consent for installation of five
replacement timber box frame vertical sliding
sash windows including natural stone cills to front,
replacement of four casement frame/stormproof
windows with new timber windows and installation of
two replacement timber doors within rear courtyard
at 22 Market Place Bridlington YO16 4QJ
(Ref: 24/01280/PLB)
b) Refurbishment of existing toposcope including
removal from existing base and re-fixing to concrete/
column support and clad, removal of existing stone
paved area and installation of stamped concrete
hardstanding, refurbishment of and installation of an
additional plague to existing stone and erection of a
corten steel cut sign at Flamborough Head Lighthouse
Road Flamborough YO15 1AR (Ref: 24/01459/REG4)
c) Construction of balcony to front (Revised Scheme
of 23/01308/PLF) at 10 Belvedere Parade Bridlington
YO15 3LX (Ref: 24/01522/PLF)
Proposals (a,c) are each within a Conservation Area
designated under Section 69 of the Planning (Listed
Buildings and Conservation Areas) Act 1990.
Proposal (a) is a Listed Building scheduled under
Section 1 of the Planning (Listed Buildings and
Conservation Areas) Act 1990.
Proposals (a,b) affect the setting of a Listed Building
under Section 1 of the Planning (Listed Buildings and
Conservation Areas) Act 1990.
Proposal (a) affects a public right of way.
