Telford - Various Planning Applications

Telford & Wrekin Council has received the following planning applications which require publication. 

TWC/2024/0403 – Site of Montford, Castle Street, Hadley – Variation of condition 15 (deposited plans) of previously approved TWC/2023/0051 (Demolition of the existing bungalow and erection of Supported Social Housing Scheme comprising of 14no 1 bedroom apartments, car parking, garden areas, alterations to access) to allow changes to previously approved plans including revisions to design of the building and external appearance 

TWC/2024/0407 – Provosts House, 44 High Street, Edgmond – Removal of 3no. dormer windows and replacement with 3no. conservation roof lights, removal of existing UPVC French door and replacement with aluminium sliding doors, replacement of 5no. windows and 1no. door, and removal of existing timber cladding and replacement with clay tiles to 1no. outbuilding (Listed Building Consent) 

TWC/2024/0411 – Polytec Car Styling UK Ltd, Telford 54 Business Park, Nedge Hill – Variation of condition 15 (deposited plans) on previously approved TWC/2016/1198 (Erection of an industrial building (use class B1, B2 & B8) with associated parking, access and landscaping) to allow amendment to Phase 2 service road and building footprint 

TWC/2024/0413 – Former New College Telford, King Street, Wellington – Installation of a water booster pump with brick surround and associated landscaping (Listed Building Consent) 

TWC/2024/0417 – Belmont House, Belmont Road, Ironbridge – Removal of Condition 4 (EPS Mitigation Licence) of previously approved

TWC/2023/0104 (Creation of new access from first floor main bedroom into the second bedroom which will then be split into an en-suite and laundry, internal reconfiguration of second floor 2no. bedrooms, bathroom and landing area to improve the circulation space and the installation of 3no. conservation roof lights)

Written representations can be made on planning online or by email at planning.control@telford.gov.uk and need to be received by 27 th June 2024 (14 days for public service infrastructure development or permission in principle applications), excluding public/bank holidays and 30 days for applications accompanied by an environmental statement from the date of this publication.

 If a written representation appeal is made to the Secretary of State for a householder or minor commercial application no further representations can be made and existing representations will be forwarded to them
