What is planned?

TOWN AND COUNTRY PLANNING (DEVELOPMENT MANAGEMENT PROCEDURE) (SCOTLAND) REGULATIONS

Notice under regulation 7(2) (b) Pre-application consultation by the prospective applicant

Proposal seeking detailed planning consent for the erection of a battery energy storage facility including reconfiguration of existing yard, all access, landscaping and other required infrastructure at a site at Ardoch Farm, Kilwinning KA13 7QJ.

You are invited to a staffed public exhibition on Thursday 13th June 2024 (between 11am and 7pm) at Kilwinning Library, St Winning’s Lane, Kilwinning KA13 6EP.

In addition we will also be hosting the public exhibition online, which can be accessed from the following webpage http://www.mcinally-associates.co.uk/publicconsultation The online public exhibition webpage will be accessible from Thursday 13th June to Thursday 18th July 2024 and any comments / questions can be made both online on the webpage and via email. All comments to be submitted by the 1st August 2024.

Persons wishing to make comments on the proposal should do so by 1st August 2024 to advice@mcinallyassociates.co.uk

This notice does not relate to a planning application.

Comments should not be made to North Ayrshire Council.

Any representations made to the prospective applicant are not representations to the planning authority. If a planning application is subsequently submitted to North Ayrshire Council, normal neighbour notification and publicity will be undertaken at that time and you will have the opportunity to make formal representations regarding the proposal at that time.
