TOWN AND COUNTRY PLANNING ACT 1990 Planning Permission Is Sought For The Following:

24/0199/FUL/MV: 61 High Street, Bushey, WD23 1BL. Erection of detached three storey 4x bed dwelling including accommodation at loft level following subdivision of plot at 61 High Street. Reason: Green Belt.

24/0203/HSE/MV: 61 High Street, Bushey, WD23 1BL. Two storey rear extension and conversion of loft to habitable space with rear dormer and front roof light. Reason: Green Belt.

24/0666VHSE/HHO: 3 The Comyns, Bushey Heath, Bushey, WD23 1HN. Construction of first floor side and rear extension and conversion of loft to habitable space with associated roof alterations to include 3x rear dormers, crown roof and addition of solar panels to rear elevation; alterations to fenestration and hard landscaping to front and rear, and installation of air source heat pump. Reason: Conservation Area.

Plans may be inspected by visiting our website at wwwiertsmere.gov.uk/planning, at the Civic Offices, Elstree Way, Borehamwood (during normal office hours). Comments in writing, quoting the appropriate reference, to the Head of Planning at the Borehamwood offices within 21 days from the publication of this notice.

Under the provisions of the Local Government (Access to Information) Act 1985 any comments you wish to make in relation to this planning application will be held on a statutory register, which will be available for inspection at the Council Offices.

If an appeal is made against the refusal of a householder planning permission, which will be dealt with on the basis of written representations, any representations made about this application will be sent to the Secretary of State and there will be no further opportunity to comment at appeal stage.
