Notice under regulation 7(2)(b) pre-application consultation by the prospective applicant.
Proposed development of site located north of Montgomery Road, West of Arkleston Road and East of Glencairn Court Paisley, comprising of a mix of family housing units with associated parking and landscaping.
An online virtual exhibition will be available from 17 June through to 28 June at: https:\mctaggartcon.wixsite.com\gallowhill or by scanning QR code
A public consultation event will be held at the Gallowhill Community Centre, 166 Netherhill Rd, Paisley PA3 4SF between 3pm and 7pm on Thursday 27 June.
Persons wishing to comment on the proposals should do so by Friday 28 June to Rachel Houghton MAST Architect 51 St Vincent Crescent, Glasgow G3 8NQ Email: rachel@mastarchitects.co.uk This notice does not relate to a Planning Application.
Comments should not be made to Renfrewshire Council. Please note that any comments made to the prospective applicant are not representations to the Planning authority.
If a Planning Application is subsequently submitted to Renfrewshire Council, normal neighbour notification will be undertaken at that time by the Council, and you will have the opportunity to make formal representations regarding the proposal at that time.
