PLANNING NOTICE
The following application has been submitted by Welton Aggregates Ltd on 4 April 2024, for planning permission with an accompanying environmental statement:
PL/0024/24 – Land south of North Kelsey Road, Caistor – for the phased extraction of sand and gravel with revised restoration to include 2no water bodies with surrounding acid grassland, marginal areas of rough long grass, water body embankments and surrounding new native woodlands, native sedges, rushes and reeds, including ancillary activities, associated infrastructure and new access from North Kelsey Road.
The proposed development affects a Public Right of Way.
Members of the public may obtain copies of the environmental statement from Welton Aggregates Ltd, Welton House, Welton Quarry, Bluestone Heath Road, Spilsby, PE23 5SG so long as stocks last, at a charge of £100 for (paper) or £10 digital. The Non technical summary is free.
