The following applications have been submitted to the Council and are being advertised for the reason(s) given in each case.
24/00836/PA – Little Canon 229 Canon Lane Wateringbury ME18 5PJ -Mr & Mrs Hooker are applying for proposed comprehensive landscaping works to garden of house including outdoor BBQ/cooking range, the replacement and enlargement of existing steps and retaining walls to terraces, the repairing and ‘levelling off’ the height of front wall, the creation of new raised patio area and access steps to side of existing annex and the installation of garden lighting. 24/00737/PA - 151 – 153 High Street Tonbridge TN9 1DH - WeAdmire Ltd is applying for proposed removal of existing hoarding and install new shopfront to both the High Street and Church Lane frontages. Reason: CA
LB24/00702/PA – Ivors High Cross Road Ivy Hatch TN15 0NR - Open Architecture is applying for replacement barn dwelling for previous enacted permission (TM/07/02472/FL). Reason: CA LB
24/00631/PA – Downlands Taylors Lane Trottiscliffe ME19 5DR – Mr M Stevens is applying for replacement windows, paint brickwork and addition of stone cladding. Reason: CA HH
24/00512/PA – The George Inn Taylors Lane Trottiscliffe ME19 5DR – Mr & Mrs Selfe are applying for retrospective Listed Building Application: Temporary use of a Marquee and single storey buildings to provide a covered bar and dining area. Reason: CA LB
24/00453/PA – St Georges House High Street Wrotham TN15 7AA - Proposed detached garage with off-road car parking. Reason: CA LB HH
