(LISTED BUILDINGS & CONSERVATION AREAS) ACT 1990

APPLICATION NO: CB/24/01267/VOC Departure/Major Development

PROPOSAL: Variation of condition numbers 6, 7, 8, 10 and 15 of planning  permission CB/20/02970/FULL as amended by CB/23/03845/ VOC (Construction and operation of an electric vehicle charging station and electric bus depot comprised of, an access road, area of hardstanding for parking with electric vehicle charging equipment and solar powered canopy, additional parking area, a coffee outlet with sedum grass roof, a fenced electric bus compound (with parking, charging equipment, welfare building with sedum grass roof and bus washing equipment) battery storage units, planting and associated electrical equipment).  Amendments sought: alterations to car park layout, creation of a drive through route for the Coffee Shop, revised landscaping scheme, revised drainage scheme and revised Arboricultural Statement.

APPLICATION NO: CB/24/01513/VOC Departure From Development Plan

PROPOSAL:             Variation of conditions 3 and 9 of planning application 

CB/22/04926/FULL (The continued use of land for the stationing of 1 mobile caravan and 1 touring caravan for residential purposes with a new utility/ dayroom for ancillary use) Condition 3 to read as “The use herby permitted shall be limited to one family pitch. No more than 4 caravans, as defined in the Caravan Sites Control of Development Act 1960 and the Caravan Sites Act 1968, shall be stationed on the pitch at any one time, and no more than one caravan shall be a static caravan”. Condition 9 a with a substitution of plan to revise the site layout pertaining to the siting of two additional touring caravans.
