“Outline planning application to be implemented in phases, for the demolition of existing structures and the construction of up to 502 residential units (Use Class C3); flexible commercial uses (Use Class E); a multi-storey car park (sui generis); contribution to the City Park; alongside landscaping, parking, vehicular and pedestrian access, and the stopping up of Cudbear Street, Sheaf Street and Hunslet Road.
All matters reserved except for principal points of access.”
