What is planned?

Town and Country Planning (Development Management Procedure) (England) Order 2015 Notice under Article 13 of Application for Planning Permission

Proposed Development at: Land at Welton Road, Elloughton-cum-Brough, HU15 1LZ

Take notice that application is being made by Lidl GB Ltd (the “applicant”) to East Riding of Yorkshire Council for planning permission for:

Erection of Supermarket (use class E) with associated access, parking, landscaping and infrastructure following demolition of existing dwelling.

Local Planning Authority to whom the applications are being submitted: East Riding of Yorkshire Council Local Planning Authority address: Planning and Development Control, East Riding of Yorkshire Council, Cross Street, County Hall, Beverley, HU17 9BA

Any owner of the land or tenant who wishes to make representations about these applications should write to the Council at the above address within 21 days of publication of this notice.
