NOTICE OF APPEAL UNDER ARTICLES 10 AND 25
Proposed development at Arweinfa, Gwaenysgor, Rhyl LL18 6EP.
I give notice that Mr Hodgson & Ms Poostchi having applied to Flintshire County Council for planning permission (ref FUL/000621/23) and conservation area consent (ref CONS/000790/22) to convert and extend an outbuilding to form a home office and gym, and demolish and rebuild part of a boundary wall to create off street parking with an electric vehicle charging point are appealing to the Welsh Ministers against the decision of the Local Planning Authority.
Members of the public may inspect copies of the applications, the plans, and other documents submitted with them at Aaron & Partners LLP, 5-7 Grosvenor Court, Foregate Street, Chester CH11HG during all reasonable hours until 19 June 2024 and online at https://planning.agileapplications.co.uk/flintshire/search-applications/
