NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN of receipt of the following applications

1) Demolition of the existing conservatory & erection of a single storey rear/side extension.

at Beach Brow Ingress Park High Street

which will, in the opinion of the Local Planning Authority, affect the character or appearance of the  Greenhithe Conservation Area and in addition, affect the setting of a Listed Building. (Application Ref. DA/24/00612/FUL)

2) Display of 3 No. internally illuminated fascia signs above shopfront (retrospective application)

at 8 Copperfields Dartford Kent

which will, in the opinion of the Local Planning Authority, affect the character or appearance of the Dartford Town Centre Conservation Area (Application Ref. DA/24/00582/ADV).
