A Major Development & Development affecting a Public Right of Way

Land Opposite St Margaret's Church Maldon Road Woodham Mortimer - Variation of condition 2 on approved planning permission 21/01276/FUL (Erection of a crematorium with ceremony hall, memorial arboretum and associated use of land, restoration of Coopers Monument, vehicular access, parking, landscaping, pedestrian crossing and diversion of footpath (PROW 269_17).

Amendment would allow: - Amended internal footpath locations and change for some to be mown grassed pathways; realignment of ditch to facilitate the highway works; main parking area to be amended and cycle provision re-orientated; increased size of the driveway in front of the crematorium building to facilitate a fire tender and turning; addition of photovoltaic panels be provided to the rear of the service yard; relocation of the surface water attenuation basin from the rear of the building to the front; introduction of a swale alongside the access; amended windows on the front and rear of the building; together with updated landscape plans.
